The space
Whispering Timbers is in a quiet residential neighborhood about 2 miles off the main highway in Bella Vista. Newly remodeled in 2022. House is an open concept design, which gives a spacious feel to the living, dining and kitchen area. The very large master bedroom with king bed has its own bathroom and separate access to the sunroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a twin-over-queen bunkbed. The sunroom is our favorite room in every season with its natural light and view of the woods.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect from the weather and the wonderful sunroom which was perfect for bird watching and coffee drinking in the morning to evening enjoyment. Wonderful home in quiet area, exactly as pictures show. Well maintained and had everything we needed and more. Very thoughtfully appointed and even had snacks and coffee bar. Close to Mildred Cooper Chapel if you are holding an event there. It was perfect for our stay!

We live in Rogers, Arkansas, and we love our home state! We also love to travel -usually with destinations that include, music, dancing and hiking. We discovered a few years back that staying in Airbnb properties or VRBO was the best way to be comfortable on a trip. We decided to try hosting our own place. We try to think of everything you need to be comfortable - we understand what it's like being away from home.

Why they chose this property

This property became available, and we bought it in 2021. We thought it would be desirable since it's near the bike trails. It needed quite a bit of TLC. Some older folks lived in it and couldn't care for it anymore. It's a project in process!

What makes this property unique

We just love that back patio. Watch for the great big red headed woodpecker! He will come to the feeder!
