• Mountain roads leading to the property are steep and winding. 4WD is not required; however, and we strongly encourage arriving before dark for your first drive up.
• Winter weather can occasionally impact mountain travel. Travel insurance is highly recommended during colder months.
• Guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement prior to check-in.
• While we thoroughly clean after every stay, guests with severe pet allergies may want to consider a non-pet-friendly property.

Lovely stay in Blue Ridge

The property was very clean and well stocked and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive. The location was so close to Downtown Blue Ridge which was really convenient. The views and the outdoor space were amazing. The kids loved the hot tub and basement game room. It was a really nice Fall Break get away for al.

Amazing Blue Ridge Rental

We had an outstanding stay over Memorial Day Weekend. The house was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated throughout. The views of the lake and mountains from inside and outside of the home were spectacular. We travelled with our 3 children and they had a blast in the gameroom area trying to set high scores on the arcade games along with playing ping pong and Jenga. We used the fireplace on the deck and the grill for a lovely sunset dinner. We also had fun on a nearby waterfall hike and took the kids ziplining as well. We have stayed at many vacation rentals around the country and I can honestly say this was the nicest one we have been in!

Absolutely divine!

The house was beautiful with an incredible view. The house was stocked with every single possible need; games for the kids, fully stocked kitchen, amazing lighting, blankets to snuggle with. Plenty of room for our large family. The pergola and fireplace was very popular for relaxed evenings and the basement game room had plenty to keep the kids busy. Hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with. Instructions were clear on where to find things. We felt pampered and relaxed. Cannot wait to book again!

Magnificent in every way

We had a wonderful and adventurous stay at this luxurious, clean, incredibly well-equipped house. Greg and Monica were attentive and accommodating hosts, and met our every need. Their house has everything to offer, and more! From fun in the games room, relaxing in the hot tub, serenity on the deck and an absolutely breathtaking view, we couldn’t have asked for a better home to make memories in. The hills to get to the house were rather steep but we managed them in a sedan. Greg and Monica take excellent care of their home and I would highly recommend the experience of staying at this house in the mountains to anyone considering it.

Awesome Mountain Getaway with Amazing Long Range Views

What a great mountain home! Everything was clean, neat and well laid out. Our Thanksgiving stay was very memorable. We loved the large table where we could all gather to eat, play games and decorate our gingerbread houses. The property owner was always quick to reply to any of our questions. The views were amazing both from the living room and the deck. There are plenty of places for everyone to hang out together as well as to spread out and enjoy some alone time. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace under the pergola. There was also lots of bedroom options to accommodate our family's needs. And, if you need anything from town, it is just a short drive away. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Incredible Views

Lakeview Heights is a beautiful home on the mountain near Blue Ridge. House was clean, well decorated, very comfortable. Everything was as pictured. Check in was easy. The road to the property is very narrow and steep but we navigated it easily. It could be a little challenging for those who don't drive well or are not used to steep country back roads. The views here are amazing and the house takes great advantage of the gorgeous setting. The house is a short drive to town. We loved Blue Ridge! So many restaurants, we especially loved Mercier Orchards, Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, Misty Mountain Hops, and Chester Brunnemeyers. Toccoa Swinging Bridge is a must see, but you need AWD vehicle with decent clearance for the access road. Our almost three grandson did that hike with ease. Highly recommend the scenic train ride as well.Overall, we loved our stay here! Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful house with amazing view

Photos don't do the view justice. Wonderful space for 4 adults and 4 teen boys for a long weekend. Kids had their own space downstairs and adults spent much of our time on the deck with fireplace looking out over Lake Blue Ridge. Owners very responsive to our requests. Little things that made a difference in our stay: plenty of towels, light switches labeled, firewood for s'mores, built-in shampoo/conditioner/body wash, well-stocked kitchen. Property was very clean and well-kept, Wi-Fi was great for kids playing games and streaming football on Saturday. Drive to the property is steep and winding, but not bad. Super close to downtown blue ridge and to the lake. 14 minutes to Ingles grocery in town has everything you need and then some. Highly recommend Blue Ridge Boat Rentals and lunch at Blue Ridge Marina. Loved having the yard fenced so our golden doodle could stretch his legs (they even had dog waste bags!). Would love to find another time to visit this beautiful property!
