Escape to breathtaking Gulf Views in this newly remodeled corner unit on Sand Key Beach. The entire condo is fully updated and designed for your utmost comfort. Experience the beautiful sunsets from your balcony accessible through the living room and master bedroom.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old and all guests must be 16 yrs old or older to stay. The HOA requires a copy of the guest's I.D. a signed Lease contract, and a $150 application fee that must be submitted to host via email once Listing is booked. Final acceptance of booking is contingent on meeting the HOA's requirements.
Minimum of 28 day stay. Please message me if you are having difficulty finding your specific dates to see if I can accommodate you. Thank you for your flexibility. My goal is to provide you with an amazing stay. Looking forward to hosting you!
