Of our four condos, this is the largest. Along with its panoramic and breathtaking views, this spotless, new, waterfront studio is on a unique floating home. Just a few feet from the (usually calm) bay waters. Clean, comfortable and breathtaking water views. Relax, unwind, and enjoy a tranquil escape in comfort.
Lounge on the deck and watch the sunset or the occasional seaplane come and go. Romantic and intimate— perfect for a quiet getaway.

Whether you're inside, watching the unobstructed Bay views through the long, long windows or outside on the wrap-around deck it never stops changing. Twice each day the tides rise and fall.
