We took our family to Lava Hot Springs for the weekend. This place was close enough to drive to and from there on both days. Amenities were comfortable.

Perfect place to stay on our way from SLC to Yellowstone. Great location. Clean home. Comfortable beds. Loved the hot tub.
We loved the place. Super cute decor, comfy beds. Loved the hot tub. Has all the basics for meal prep. Suggestions: provide more bath towels, at least 2 person, extra floor towels and separate hot tub towels. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!
We had a fabulous stay at Magnolia!! It looks like a brand new property. We stayed 3 nights with my 4 kids. The kids stayed in the rooms downstairs and we had the whole upstairs. It is the only cabin with a private hot tub. It has a washer dryer and a well equipped kitchen. Best place to stay if you are going to Lava Hot Springs.

You must go with an open mind. It is very Bohemian, quaint and eclectic.
We had a great time and this little house! It was decorated so well and it was spotless!! The hot tub outside was clean and we had a great time using it! The location is literally across from the train tracks. We only heard the train twice each night. I’m a suuuper light sleeper but it didn’t bother me too bad. I had ear plugs and fell right back asleep. Property was in a beautiful green area and close to the lava hot springs. We probably won’t ever have a need to stay here again but I would recommend it to anyone searching!
What an amazing place close to Lava Hot Springs. New so evidence of construction around and landscaping not complete but open door to unit and all that doesn’t matter Quaint well decorated and furnished Very well stocked with dishes cooking dishes pots and pans. One of best stocked places we have been too. Beds comfy. Upstairs bedroom has beautiful sitting area separate from sleep area and separate washroom.. Great for couples or of course family. Big TV for ball game. One train came thru early in am one short whistle not a problem for us .We were only in one night as travelling. Pricy for us with 100 dollar cleaning fee and exchange on dollar as we were from Canada . Some problem with door code when we arrived Host responded quickly and courteous and pleasant to speak to Would definitely recommend this place .

We were a bit skeptical driving into town, as it was quite dark and it's really such a small town. But pulling up to the house, we were delighted. This is part of a row of brand new homes - the place is in perfect condition. Three bedrooms are all VERY comfortable, equally nice, beautifully appointed. The kitchen is well stocked, with a big dining table, and the sitting area is very nice. The backyard area is pretty basic still (just a picnic table and lawn), but has a nice mountain view.
A couple notes for the owner to consider: the water pressure in the showers was very low (my dad thinks maybe some debris is stuck in the pipes); and the living room could use a lamp, in case you don't want full blast overhead lights on in the evening. Otherwise, a totally delightful place and we'd definitely stay again if visiting the area. Thank you!
This is probably one of my favorite properties I've ever stayed at...and I've stayed at quite a few. It was incredibly clean. I've never seen such a well-stocked kitchen with any and every kitchen tool you could need, including a wide selection of spices. The beds and pillows were comfortable; more than a typical rental bed. The beds are a bit squeaky if that's a concern. There were a lot of trains that went past, but the noise didn't bother us at all. There was also the added bonus of our unit having sole access to a hot tub and also shared access to a fire pit. The bath towels were not kept in the bathroom, but instead in the bedroom closets, so that left us confused. Aside from having difficulty finding the towels, our only real complaint is the water pressure, as I've seen in other reviews. The upstairs shower had the worst water pressure, but the downstairs shower & bathroom sink (which I primarily used) also had low pressure. I would hope that the owners can figure out how to improve the water pressure for future guests; which may include us again. Now we need to bring our daughters back!
