About this property

Sea Oaks is an exclusive, gated, tennis, yacht and beach resort on a barrier island nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Inland Coastal Waterway. Our cozy, private, garden level villa is nestled amongst the live oaks and palm trees steps away from the pool, BBQ, 16 beautiful clay tennis courts, the Break Point café, Pro Shop and fitness center, and only a short walk to the beach with chairs, umbrellas, a pool and two restaurants. Our villa has a large, shaded lanai with direct access to the pathways to both the pool and tennis courts. There are two bicycles to explore the Jungle Trail or take a tour of the island. There are lots of other activities available nearby including golf, kayaking, boat rentals, fishing. Weekly or monthly rentals available.
Once your booking is confirmed we will email you an application and waiver that Sea Oaks requires you to fill out and submit to them by mail along with a check for $100 at least 30 days before your check-in. There is also a $23.54/night fee for use of the tennis facilities.
Sea Oaks dining facilities do not accept cash or credit cards. Renters who use the restaurant facilities can charge our account and settle with Sea Oaks accounting when you checkout.
