Welcome to your relaxing retreat to the charming Vero Beach and Wabasso Beach area! Nestled in a peaceful, lush-green neighborhood with a jungle-like vibe, this spacious 3-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and offers everything you need for an unforgettable coastal getaway.

3 bedrooms, (2 king beds, 1 queen bed) and a Pack-n-Play crib for the littlest guest.
LIVING AREAS:
Two separate living areas each accommodate queen sofa beds for flexibility in sleeping arrangements.
- The main living room features an electric fireplace for ambiance, heating during the cool times or a cozy evening after a beach day.
- The second living area has atrium doors for privacy when needed - ideal for movie nights or quiet reading time.
BATHROOMS:
- The primary bath features a large walk-in shower and plenty of storage.
- The second bath offers a full tub and shower combo, conveniently located near the second and third bedrooms.
- Both bathrooms include hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Cook up your favorite meal in the bright open kitchen - stocked with all the essentials, including cookware, utensils, modern appliances and spices.
- Seating arrangements include a large dining table for 8, 4 bar chairs on the island and a small nook with a table for 2. All are ready for breakfast, playing cards, or building a puzzle.

Why they chose this property
We first rented a VRBO property in Summer Place in 2019. We have returned each year since then. Sometimes twice! I love that the neighborhood it is so secluded and tropical and we love how close it is to the beach! You can be away from the hustle bustle of the city, yet drive 20 minutes to enjoy what the city has to offer.
What makes this property unique
We are so excited, to not only share the indoors, but also the outdoors. Sitting on the screen porch and listening to either the waterfall in the pool, or hearing the rain pour down, it is so peaceful! We also love taking a walk on the beach each day. Last, enjoying our tropical paradise! I cannot even begin to share how beautiful the lush tropical plants are at our home. You see beauty all year long!! Enjoy!!
