Lovely Studio condo kitchen, pool, boat slip if available & spectacular view!!!

Condo and Location
Kick back and relax on the balcony of this 4th-floor condo overlooking the bay, marina, and pool. Go out for a night on the town or stay in with your full kitchen, cable, and internet. A queen bed, sofa, and loveseat that converts to a twin bed allow for the comforts of home while away. Beaches are 3-4 miles away and Destin is 9 miles away so you can have some fun in the sun at local hot spots like Crab Island.

Property Amenities
The property has 2 buildings, each with a pool that guests can access. There is also a BBQ area, Marina, and a walking path. The condo has a queen bed, sofa, and loveseat that converts to a twin bed. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, blender, countertop ice maker, and 2-burner cooktop. There are also paid laundry facilities if needed.

Boat slip/Boat Rental
The condo has a boat slip that guests can also use for a daily fee when available. Please contact me to see what slips are available, depending on boat size. The fee is a dollar per foot per day. Registration and insurance information are required.
If you are looking to rent a pontoon boat, please check out nirvanapontoonrentals online. If you mention my name, you will get a 10% discount on a rental. The launch site is 5 minutes from the condo.

Parking
Parking at the condo is free and currently no pass is needed. There are 2 available parking spots per condominium.

Great condo, but ....

Great location out of the chaos of Destin traffic. Quite, clean, close to the beach, and relaxing with a great pool. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is the bed. The queen matress was terrible. It sags in the middle and was incredibly uncomfortable. My husband and I were so sore after the first night we had to go get messages and didn't go in the ocean because of being sore. Beside that it was a great condo. The owner was helpful and responsive.

The condo is easy to access with free parking, a boat launch close by, and a marina to keep your boat. There are also several restaurants within walking distance from the condo.
