Beth Faulkner and Beverly went above and beyond to make this the most memorable and perfect vacation we’ve ever had. Sugar Sands had an unexpected issue with our original condo completely out of their control and they handled the situation with absolute grace. They quickly transferred us to another beautiful condo, and what they did next meant the world to us.My husband had no idea his mother was coming, and when she called to ask if she could be moved to the same condo, Beth and Beverly made it happen seamlessly. They helped pull off one of the biggest surprises of his life, and seeing his face when he realized his mom was there is a moment we’ll never forget.They also made the entire process unbelievably easy, even helping us with early check‑in so we could settle in right away. The condo itself was spotless you could tell the cleaning team takes real pride in their work. Everything was fresh, sparkling clean, and perfectly prepared for our stay. The cleaning staff deserves just as much praise for their exceptional attention to detail.Beth and Beverly are truly extraordinary. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful situation into a vacation we’ll remember forever.

Spring break stay

We had a great time on Okaloosa Island! The property was so close to everything that we wanted to do and see, the beaches are beautiful, and the pool was perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy Getaway

It was the perfect spot for just me and my husband to be able to sneak away! While not directly on the beach, beach access was just across the parking lot. It’s in a great location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a great stay.

Great stay in Okaloosa

We just stayed at the cutest little condo. It was perfect for my husband and I. It has a room with kitchenette and bed and a bathroom. The location was a short drive to the Indian Temple Mound and Public Library. There are several local coffee shops as well. It was a short walk to the beach where you could rent an umbrella and chairs. We would definitely get this place again.

Best access to the beach!

The location can't be beat. Access to the beach was ridiculously easy. It was just a matter of several steps and you were literally on the beach. Accommodations were nice. Bed was terrific. Slept like a champ. Good experience. Property managers were super.
