About this property

Quiet Room for rent with a private bathroom in this wonderful three bedroom house in the Belmont hills. The room is completely furnished including a flat screen TV. The private bathroom is a steam shower bathroom with large storage cabinets. This three-bedroom house includes a large kitchen with granite countertops, dining area, living room with a large deck facing the valley, backyard with a BBQ grill in a safe, family friendly neighborhood! The house gets cleaned by a professional cleaner every alternate week and cleaning fees are included in the room rent. Easy to show & available the second week of March

You will be sharing the house with just me and my 11-year-old son. I work full time as an ICU nurse in San Jose & looking for a quiet roommate. We also have two very shy cats.

The location of the house is next to hiking trails and minutes from downtown San Carlos, Laurel Street, Hillsdale mall & Carlmont Shopping Center! Also, just minutes away from the local CalTrain station. Easy commute to San Jose and San Francisco. 10 Minutes from San Mateo, 20 Minutes from SFO, 20 min from Stanford/ Palo Alto/ Mountain View and 35 minutes downtown SF. Monthly rent is $1950 includes everything.
