The studio apartment includes a queen, pull out queen sofa bed, optional roll out full bed, a full kitchen, 1 bathroom, full laundry area, with areas for relaxing, bonfire and a gas grill. The apartment offers cozy patriotic decor that emphasizes several historic homes in the Spartanburg area. It's charming and includes a large room with designated areas for the bed and living area, a kitchen and separate bath. Patriot Point is minutes from downtown Spartanburg. We hope you will enjoy! The space
The studio apartment offers cozy patriotic decor with a living room and bedroom area and a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. It's charming and includes a queen sized bed, optional queen sized sleeper mattress firm sofa, and an additional roll out bed. It has a private drive and is detached from any other living quarters.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to the apartment & property right around the apartment. Guests can enjoy walking the neighborhood if desired. Guests will enter from a driveway that leads directly to the apartment. Guests will also enjoy watching birds on the feeders in our yard.
Other things to note
Our location is ideal to visit the Spartanburg area. We are 15 minutes from downtown Spartanburg, 40 minutes from downtown Greenville. Camp Croft State Park is 10 minutes away, Spartanburg’s seven colleges are 15-20 minutes away. Please check out our guidebook for suggestions on what to visit in the Upstate area!

We are from Georgia and It was a wonderful little place and just what we needed for a visit to see family that lived in Spartanburg ! Only complaint would be the apartment next door folks came in around 3 AM and were very very loud for about 2 hours ! But other than that it was perfect !

This was a wonderful place for us to spend several nights while visiting family after traveling from out of state to celebrate the Christmas season. The property was nice and we wish we could’ve enjoyed more of the amenities. But it was so nice to have a place to rest our heads that felt safe and clean like home

This is a very clean studio apartment with everything in good working order. It is larger than I expected and quite comfortable for meals and relaxing. The queen bed and single rollaway were great. The sofa bed, like most sofa beds, would probably be ok for kids who can avoid the support bar but not the best for adults. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location and clean room!

This charming studio apartment is in a convenient location. It is very clean and well kept. Plenty of lighting, extra bedding and pillows. There were some extra essentials if you needed them. The communication with the owners was great and they are very friendly. Everything was top notch. I highly recommend this place. The location is amazing and the stay was excellent!

Sweet Spot

All I needed was a sweet spot to rest my head, and Patriot Point delivered. The property had much more to offer that I did not need/utilize. I could’ve easily stayed there for many more days and been comfortable. Thank you!!

This unit is very comfortable in all areas, sleeping, watching TV, kitchen area, laundry, and especially access. ( there are no stairs)

A fabulous place to sleep!

We happen to have been here during the hurricane which means we didn’t have power, no air conditioning, but the temperature cooled down at night, so sleeping was great. We didn’t have hot water, but we had water. Our hosts were fantastic! Do not hesitate to book this rental! You will not find a better place to stay!
