The place had everything you need to stay comfortably. Walk distance to fun restaurants and markets.
We really enjoyed staying at the place and will come back next year for sure.
The condo was clean and just right for 2 elderly people. Parking very convenient. The neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Condo located in convenient area near stores, restaurants, parks and places of interest.
My fiancé and I had a great time staying in this apartment. Close to so many shops and restaurants. We thought about renting a car, but we ended up just walking everywhere and only ubered once. Very clean, mini split kept it cool, and I appreciated having the washer/dryer and the larger closet area to keep luggage out of the way. Would definitely stay again when coming back to the Reno area.
We booked this stay while we visited Lake Tahoe witch is about 40 minutes away The apartment was clean, nicely kept with all the amenities necessary including a washer and dryer. The location is is midtown which is being revitalized meaning businesses are coming in bringing good vibes to the neighborhood. We found 3 great places to eat nearby and took a walking tour of the art murals around this area. We will recommend this place and stay here again if we have the chance.
Nice and new place just south of downtown Reno. Perfect location for Hot August Nights and it would be great for any other events going on in downtown Reno. Unit was very clean with everything you need for an extended stay. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. I'd stay again for sure. Host was very responsive when I had a few questions.

Check in was 4 PM. We arrived at 3,;40 used the code to access the unit, it had not been cleaned. Left a suitcase. Messaged the host and left. Came back at 4;15 Got a message from the host who had messaged the cleaning person
Very clean, great location, lots of great places to eat in walking distance.
Only problem was communication with Vrbo. Tried to contact property owner though Vrbo with no luck. Fortunately the owner's phone was on the website. He got all the info to us we needed.
I recommend this Apartment.
We were very disappointed to find that the bed was a queen size, not a king size as stated in the description. Also, while parking was not an issue on our first night, there was no parking available the next two nights. Other than these issues, the place was very clean and centrally located.
PROS: The place is nicely maintained and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in Midtown next to Downtown to all our activities.
CONS: The wall heater in the bedroom made an annoying hum when on which made sleeping difficult to sleep. There was a beeping noise every 20 seconds that may have been from the smoke alarm. Footsteps could be heard from the unit upstairs. In summary, if you are a light sleeper, then you might not get a good night’s rest. Also, though the sofa converts to a twin size futon, it’s not the most comfortable bed.

Good, with areas for improvement
Overall, pleasant and as listed. We were appalled with the lack of security. When we arrived the windows were unlocked, and worse, the door lock has the default PIN codes on it (easily available in online manuals)! Host really should change those, provide custom codes per guest (phone number perhaps?), and clear previous guest codes when they vacate. Cleanliness was lacking in a few areas. The shower curtain was pretty gross with grime and mold on it. Also, both laundry lint traps were full and the washing machine desperately needed a cleaning cycle with cleaner.
