COMPLETE MISREPRESENTION
This VRBO looks NOTHING like the photos except for the living room area. The listing shows 3 bedrooms, but there are only 2. The barhroom looks nothing like this and THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING in this unit. There are 1 tower fan in each bedroom so you can blow hot air around all night. It was 80 degrees outside and probably 80 inside as well. The tower fans obviosly have been used to oblivion because they smell musty when they blow, meaning no filters were replaced. To add to injury, the area of town it is located in is sketch. I am from Philadelphia and wouldn't tell anyone to stay in this area. You are on a dead end street, across from an abandoned junkyard/factory. This looks like outdated housing projects. You are 4 blocks from the state correctional facility. I saw 2 drug sales in front of me when I was leaving and a girl getting beat up by her boyfriend. The owner kindly let me know upon arrival that there was NO COLD WATER in the restroom and that I should not have expected air conditioning because he didnt advertise it - :/ - in 2023 i believe air conditioning is EXPECTED. The owner was SUPER RUDE and unapologetic. I contacted VRBO who basically told me there was nothing they could do to get me anywhere else so i was stuck 10 hours away from home with a baby, sweating in the heat and nowhere to sleep. I ended up spending my remaining funds to get a hotel. Horrible, horrible experience.
