Close to Town Beautiful Peaceful House with Nature
Welcome to our peaceful and cozy sanctuary. Set on a country neighborhood lane — only 10 minutes to Asheville and 10 min to Weaverville. Ideal for families, friends and couples gathering for a relaxing vacation or longer stays. Enjoy sharing a meal or drinking a cup of coffee on our deck surrounded by peaceful and natural scenery. Walk up the hill on a quiet lane for beautiful views.
Joybridge house features bright open spaces that are both refurbished and eco-friendly. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, dining area, living room and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of coffee, teas, spices, fresh cream in the fridge and excellent filtered well water.
Set in a quiet country neighborhood, with a grassy landscape surrounded by woods. Observe local nature with bird song and occasional sightings of wild bunnies and turkeys or take a half mile walk up our country lane for breathtaking views.
We pride ourselves in creating an inspiring and cozy atmosphere, where modern comfort meets nature. We have collected some beautiful textiles and have a space with yoga mats and cushions for you to use. There is a cabinet with toys, games and cards to play. There is a Roku TV with Amazon Video, Netflix and Hulu for your enjoyment. The wifi is great and you can work at either the kitchen table or in bedroom two the dresser has a pull out top drawer desk.
Outside we have begun making a Japanese gardens with a small bridge across stones around the house. The back yard has a new Kettle barbecue and a rustic fire pit surrounded by woods.
This is a great space to relax and enjoy with friends or family and is also perfect for couples and small groups. We make extra effort during holiday season to make your stay festive! Our house is non smoking and pet free.
The house is mostly baby proofed and we have a books, games and toys available for children.

Why they chose this property
I chose this side of Asheville because it's quiet, peaceful, has beautiful countryside, yet convenient to Asheville town, Weaverville and many amenities the area has to offer. Also this Northern side has much less traffic than other parts of Asheville.
