Relax on the wide, private, flatstone swimming beach and enjoy sunsets, campfires and the stars at night. The house features a spacious living room, dining and kitchen and screened sun porch spaces with lake views that are perfect for family gatherings. Outdoor dining on the bluestone patio is off the kitchen overlooking the lake and yard. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a large loft space. Amenities include a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer and internet service. Centrally located, the house offers lake shore living within 30 minutes of downtown Burlington and 40 minutes of Middlebury. There is convenient shopping in Shelburne and South Burlington and the easy excursions to the Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Farms, the Charlotte town center and by ferry ride to historic Essex, New York.
