Just steps away from Lake of the Ozarks with a boat launch. This is a studio apartment-in my garage. Clean, fully furnished. Two full size beds. Dresser and night stands. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans etc… Bathroom has a walk in shower and linens. Back patio has a gas grill and patio set forgour enjoyment. Plenty of parking for boats and trailers. Park like atmosphere walk to the lake, enjoy picnic areas and great fishing.

This is the second time staying here. Very close to everything in Warsaw. We were in town for a funeral and this is a very peaceful place. I will definitely stay here again.

She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Such a cozy cabin, located close to great restaurants, and she even encouraged my grandson and I to fish off her dock. We ended the trip with a fish fry. She went out of her way to make sure all utensils, pots, plans, plates and everything we could possibly need. We highly recommend, and can’t wait to visit again soon, thank you!!!

Cozy, clean and comfortable

The garage apartment was cozy, but plenty of room for my husband and me. The full kitchen was perfect. The private dock was amazing and we caught several catfish. We were close to the nice town of Warsaw, but felt like we were in a private oasis.

Very comfortable, clean property

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The unit was decorated very cute and the kitchen was well stocked. We went down to the dock to fish. It is beautiful and very peaceful. The owner was very nice and invited us to use the grill on her deck. I highly recommend this rental.

Peace and quiet

Nice clean place with a comfortable bed. Has a nice dock that we fished from. It’s close to everything in Warsaw but on a quiet country lane. We can’t wait to get back and catch more fish.

Super Cozy and cute place. Kathy was just as sweet as could be. There were a few things that I was expecting as they were in the AD but were not there as described, but overall great little place and very relaxing.
