We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin. 4 adult and one child slept comfortably in the beds. Kelly even made up the sofa bed in the den for extra sleeping space. The main bedroom and bath are all updated and spacious (we could have stayed in the tub for hours!) The yard was lovely, the creek was fun to explore, fresh strawberries from the garden and plenty of outdoor eating space. Kelly was a wonderful host. We can’t wait to visit this area again and explore the quaint, historic and beautiful towns.
We can't say enough about our stay here. As soon as we drove up we were captivated by the lovely grounds, gardens and the outside of the cottage. Kelly, our host, provided a welcome gift so we could have breakfast the next day without running to the store, and a detailed hand-written note answering some questions we had asked prior to our arrival. The interior of the house is very welcoming--large, light kitchen had every thing we needed for preparing meals, the front room is bright and sunny, and the living room and "den" were equally welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the deer wander through the yard and we also enjoyed sitting by the fire at night. The location was perfect for us--easy to get to Tanglewood, to Great Barrington and to the many Columbia County Conservancy areas. Kelly was always responsive to questions we would send her. We highly recommend this listing.
