The first unit on site is a light & spacious walk-out basement apartment, tucked into the countryside, just 10 minutes from Oregon State University & Corvallis, 50 minutes from historic Newport coastal town, and near many local wineries. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 couches, and a pullout Ottoman that sleeps a single. 1500 sq ft. Beautiful, peaceful grounds, Trampoline, Large patio, washer/dryer & POOL TABLE! Room to sleep 7.
The 2nd unit located 100ft away is a studio style loft ~ Can host 4, The Loft has an open floor plan, walk-in shower, window sitting area & luxury suite! King size luxury bed and Plush sleeper sofa. Cook up a romantic dinner or watch the game. Custom cabinets, handcrafted handrails & Oregon Maple slab designer table make The Loft as interesting to stay in as is the location.

Please note the basement unit has a locked door between it and the rental unit upstairs. All outdoor amenities are shared between units. Need more space or privacy? Inquire about renting the entire property today!

Pet Policy:

We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. We really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!

We ask for compliance in a few house rules:

🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.

🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.

🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.

🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.

🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.

🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.

🐶 Need pet care while you`re out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.

💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.

There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
