This bay, ocean view townhouse is located in the desirable Morro Heights neighborhood of Morro Bay. Walk to: golf course, state park, beach, down town and Embarcadero, featuring great restaurants and attractions. Unit has a lovely front yard, deck with bay views and a private fenced yard in the back. Local attractions abound: vineyards, hiking trails, Montana De Oro State Park, Hearst Castle and elephant seals colony. Morro Bay is centrally located between Los Angeles and San Francisco.

This ocean, bay view, one level townhouse, is 900 sq. ft. and consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower-hot tub combination.

There is a queen size bed in each bedroom with plenty of closet space and a dresser in each bedroom. There is also a pull out, queen size sofa bed, in the living room and a single floor mat.

The kitchen is fully stocked.

Enjoy the private deck, with a most charming and relaxed view. There is also a private yard for your enjoyment.

Great dog friendly location with access to nature walks just steps from our door. The thoughtfully decorated accommodations are super comfortable. Loved the plush bath towels! The owner has considered and provided everything a guest might need. Would most definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL SPACE!

Very welcoming place. Comfortable, amazing views, and very well appointed. You never know whether there will be much in the way of cooking stuff, for example. This place has everything you might possible need for cooking. Also excellent supplies of toiletries. Ideth is very communicative as well. 10/10 would stay again. (and hopefully will!)

My wife and I wanted to get away from Los Angeles for a few days. We had been to Morro Bay a few times in the past and knew we wanted a condo near town. This location was ideal. It was close to the marina, near downtown, and yet off the highway. We were able to walk our 14-year-old dog in many quiet and stress free areas. The condo itself was very clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. It was very cold when we stayed so we appreciated the thick comforter and heaters. The host was a great communicator and answered my questions promptly. I would stay here again.

The Best!

See to Sea is light, airy, clean, and comfortable, and stocked with everything you need (or might have forgotten). The photos really don’t do it justice. It’s decorated in a somewhat minimalist yet cozy style with original art and an eclectic little library. Located in a quiet neighborhood in an idyllic location with gorgeous views, a nearby park, and nature walks, yet is just a few minutes, by foot or by car, from town and other attractions. It’s also very dog friendly with doggie bowls, towels, and even a retractable gate on the deck so our pooch could relax on the deck whether we were indoor or out. Ideth (with a silent ‘h’…sounds like ‘Yvette’) was responsive and easy to communicate with. We hated to leave and can’t wait to come back.
