This brand new beach house takes "beach front" to another level. This incredible property is right on the sand with stunning views out into the Gulf. Experience world-class sunrises and sunsets!

4BR / 4Bath - 2023 luxury construction. Settled in the charming beach community of Shell Point, FL. Whether you are traveling with friends or just yourself, you can take advantage of TWO master suites with stunning beach views, a great bunk room for the kids (sleeps 4) and another spacious bedroom (sleeps 3). Plenty of room for at least two families.

If you like fishing, this is an ideal location with a public launch right across the street and a private dock in a nearby canal steps from the house. If fishing isn't your thing, this is the perfect spot to unwind and relax or entertain your family with water sports such as kayaking or paddle boarding. There's also a public playground and sand volleyball net just a short walk down the beach.

Two balconies (one fully screened in) are ideal to enjoy the cool breezes off the Gulf and take in some pretty incredible views. Elevator, fireplace, plenty of parking, board games, books, puzzles, and much, much more.

An easy drive to Tallahassee as well as nearby Crawfordville- you couldn't ask for a better spot! Come and make some memories to last a lifetime. Welcome to Saltwater Taffy Cottage!

We experienced some stunning sunsets on the beach that is steps from the beautiful house. Lots of room for our family - perfect for two families. The house has lots of balconies and windows to enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean and beach.
