Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn down all slept in beds.
If you can, please wash a load of towels. Appreciated but not necessary.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash pickup is on Wednesday. Please make sure the trash is taken to the road on Tuesday evening.

Home was not large but clean and well appointed. Excellent location. “Unapologetically beachfront” close to gulf with waves coming below deck during high tide. Best location in the area. Many dolphins swimming the week we stayed. Relaxing and quiet week with daily walks on beach and Bald Point State Park. Exactly what we needed. Shore fishing from deck was a plus. Dog friendly area.

Amazing! The house was perfect for our family. There were a few days that the boys fished right from the deck. The water did flow under the house a couple of times, which was cool. The new deck was GREAT!
