Had a fantastic time at the White Pelican with our little granddaughter! Beautiful laid back "Old Florida" feel to area. Josh was great at working with us to avoid some very bad weather and making sure everything was good after Isaias blew through. He even shared his spearfishing catch with us. The house is well appointed, the view is great and the dock is very nice. Saw dolphins, bald eagles, butterfly migration and caught a huge redfish off the dock. Would definitely come again.

Josh was a great host and went out of his way to check with locals to give us tips on fishing in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and you can’t beat having the bay with two docks out the front door and the beach directly out the back door. Great, large deck for watching the sunrise and sunsets.

Perfect vacation

The house is exactly as advertised, very clean, and check in was super simple and easy! The host was also quick to respond if we needed anything. My family loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Nice property with a great screen porch This property is located on a good stretch of beach in Alligator Point. House is one level with just a few steps to enter, important for old people like us. We have been to Alligator Point many times and always pick up lots of shells, and this trip was the most ever. Somewhat limited closet space but no problem for the two of us. Josh was very helpful and extremely easy to work with. Perfect stay in every way!

Wonderful Trip to Alligator Point!

This was our 3rd straight summer visiting Alligator Point and the best trip yet. White Pelican was a perfect home for our family of 5. We hope to visit again!

Great getaway

if you are looking for quiet and peaceful this is the place. We got to see dolphins swimming most morning, was able to fish out of the ocean and was overall very relaxing.

Perfect Private Getaway

We LOVED our stay at the White Pelican on Alligator Point! The property was gorgeous and fully equipped to meet all of our needs. The location is very private so it was perfect for some R&R and quality time with the family. Thank you, Josh and family!

Amazing spot

The best home we have stayed in to date! Loved the location, right on the beach! Home was comfortable and clean. My only suggestion would be to add a teapot for tea drinkers. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Staying at the White Pelican

We had a great time staying at the White Pelican, the house was great, the ability to use the dock was an added plus, the beach wasn’t crowded and even though the wind and waves were a little rough for fishing we made the best of the time together and made some awesome memories!

Excellent!

Our second visit to Alligator Point and first time staying at the White Pelican did not disappoint. The house offers lots of space for everyone, the screened porch and deck were perfect spaces to enjoy a cup of coffee and read. Amazing views of the Gulf and quiet beach made our family's Christmas at the beach exactly what we all needed!
