Breakfast can be whipped up in the gorgeous chef’s kitchen, with an induction stove, spacious counters, and plenty of kitchen tools. Enjoy your meals inside or out in the covered dining area (charcoal grill available) while listening to the gently bubbling fountain. Donuts, ice cream, Parkside Park, Safeway, the Elks pool, a creek, local restaurants, and more are just a short walk away, and Pearl Street can be reached by car in eight minutes. Tired after a day of exploring? Enjoy a luxurious soak in the primary bathtub or take a nap in the hammock under the shade of the elm tree while the kids head to the park, shoot hoops, or relax in the basement with books, games, and movies. When we're home, we’re usually out biking, fishing, hiking, or just enjoying the day together. We hope you get to enjoy some of the same things during your stay!
Why they chose this property
We love our little oasis right in the heart of town. Tucked away on a quiet, linden-lined street, our home is set back from the hustle and bustle, yet perfectly positioned at the crossroads of several footpaths. It’s an easy stroll to hiking trails, bus routes, the North Boulder Rec Center, grocery stores, and more. One of the things we treasure most is our welcoming community—our neighbors often gather for casual happy hours on warm summer evenings, making this place feel even more like home.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this home because of the kitchen! It's spacious, welcoming, and gives us the perfect place to cook, gather, and display a few family heirlooms. One of our favorite features, though, is the lush backyard. Boulder summers can get warm, but thanks to the shady trees, bubbling fountains, blooming flowers, and cozy patio setup, it truly feels like a cool, refreshing oasis.
