Welcome to Cape Manor - a HomeBody Rentals property! Newly renovated 2BR condo offers modern comfort, a private pool (open Father's Day wknd-Labor Day), and a walkable location just minutes from the beach. Perfect for up to 6 guests, with everything you need for a relaxing getaway — including beach tags, bikes, and a fully stocked kitchen.



The Space:

One floor condo with 2 bedrooms and one bath.

Bedroom 1: King Bed

Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds

Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa



Relax on your private screened-in porch — perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The porch is located at the back of the unit for extra privacy and overlooks a quiet green space.



What's Included:

*Bed Linens, Bath towels, blankets, pillows (Please bring your beach towels)

*Fully equipped kitchen with olive oil, salt/pepper, coffee, tea, sugar

*Washer/dryer with detergent, iron and ironing board

*Onsite parking for 1 car, plenty of free off street parking

*WIFI/Smart TV: allows you to log-in to your personal streaming services while staying with us. We do not have traditional cable TV services.

*Pool (open Father's Day weekend through Labor Day, 11am-6pm)



Guest Access:

Guests have use of the entire condo, screened-in porch, common area porch, and pool.

Pool is open Father's Day Weekend through Labor Day 11am-6pm.

Getting Around:

Walkable, bike or drive anywhere on the island which is only 2.5 miles long.

Uber is available and the Free Cape May Shuttle service that stops directly in front of our building.



Other Things to Note:

Beach Tags are needed to access Cape May beaches. We provide you with 4 tags. They are located in the master bedroom, white box with a seashell on top. Please make sure not to loose these tags. If lost or misplaced, a $50 per tag charge will be required to cover the cost of the tag.



Guest must be 25 years of age to rent. Minors must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian.



Summer Season is 7 nights, Saturday-Saturday.

June 1-19 is 3 nights. June 20 - September 5 is 7 nights.



The Pool is not heated.

Pool is open Father's Day weekend through Labor Day. Pool hours 11am-6pm.

Must abide by Pool rules and regulations. Emailed prior to your arrival.



Our screened-in porch is located on the back side of our condo and faces the condo/parking/grass area of the building behind us. Our front door faces the pool area. The common-area porch also faces the pool area.



Please bring beach towels as these are not provided.



TV: We do not have traditional cable TV. Out TV has free channels and allows you to log into your own personal streaming services like Netflix.



Bikes and Beach Chairs are not available during the winter months due to the cold weather. We only provide them in the Spring/Summer/Fall.



Upon confirmation of your reservation, a check-in form will be sent to collect info and a $500 security deposit hold. The hold is taken upon your arrival and released one day after check out.
