Harbor Breeze, 2 pools and hot tub.

This beautiful home offers amazing marina views and looks straight out of the pages of Lake Living magazine! Ideally located close to the marina, pool, downtown, and beach! Custom built in 2018 with an impressive array of details including granite countertops, a center island with seating, stainless steel appliances, and large pantry. This home is perfect for entertaining with 6 spacious bedrooms including a private deck off the primary suite. The lower level adds a second living room, two bedrooms & two bathrooms. The main floor den offers work or additional sleeping space. The paver patio overlooks the marina and is a great place to unwind after a long day at the beach or on the boat.

The association has 2 total pools, one outdoor heated pool located at the marina, and the other pool is an all-season pool with a retractable roof to allow swimming in the winter and not-so-great weather days, and has a hot tub as well.

This house was perfect for so many reasons. The size, the number of bedrooms, the short walk to the pool and marina! The back patio provide a tranquil sitting area and also a trail to explore nature.

Work Retreat

We had a wonderful and productive time at our stay. The grills and patio made for an easy dinner space. The living room gave ample room for lounging and working. We loved the availability of the basement bedrooms and extra living space. We rented a pontoon and the 2 minute walk through the backyard gave us easy access to Blue Water rentals. Thank you!

Loved the indoor pool

Went with a group of families for a long weekend in February and loved spending time at the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. The kitchen was really well stocked and had everything we needed to cook for a large group. We also liked how much space their was and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The one downside was the pet hair. We noticed it on the beds and rugs, which wasn't great for those in our group with allergies. We knew it was pet friendly but had hoped it wouldn't be an issue. The rest of the house was pretty clean.
