Nestled in Grace Bay, this lovely townhome offers 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. With 3 bathrooms, including a soaker tub in the master suite along with a separate tiled shower with glass door and double sink. There is a screener in porch and a 2nd floor balcony each with a pool view. A great placedoe guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The living room features a Sofa, 2 comfy chairs and a 55 inch smart TV with a Roku stick so you can login to Netflix or Amazon Prime to name a few. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, AC, and WiFi during your stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our townhome. There is 1 parking spot near the front door inside the gate and extra parking outside the gate. Option to reserve a car rental or book a private full day pontoon boat rental or have a private captain show you around. Up to 6 people .

Amazing stay at this property! We’ve stayed in this complex previously but not this unit, we were SO happy at Katherine’s rental! She greeted us upon arrival with Rum Punch and all the info we needed for the house and tourist stuff in Turks. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again! Clean, new, had everything we needed

Katherine was a great host! Very informative and responsive. She provided us with yoga mats that were hard to get on the island. The villa is in a great location and it is very clean and spacious. Lots of amenities and very spacious. Very clean and well equipped with everything! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back for our next Caribbean vacation.
