Great apartment in a fantastic location for getting about Paris. Only 5 mins walk from 2 different metro station lines. Near some lovely restaurants in what felt like a local area of the city and as we were there for the Olympics, it was nice to be somewhere more quiet and local. Apartment great, equipted for all you would need, plenty of towels. Four stars just because the apartment is a little tired but perfectly fine for a brief stay.

This affordable apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful 8 day visit to Paris. Although small, it is well designed, with plenty of storage and closet space, and the big windows let in plenty of light. We had to arrange for a late arrival, and Daniel’s daughter Maureen kindly met us there to orient us and provide the keys. Daniel has compiled a comprehensive resource binder with helpful info about the apartment and the neighborhood. We highly recommend staying here.

This was a wonderful stay in Paris in this lovely apartment. Barry is a superb host and we can honestly say that the apartment had everything we could possibly need.

Despite uncooperative weather, our stay in Paris was most agreeable largely due to the charm, comfort and coziness of the apartment. It is difficult to imagine a better place to stay. Extremely safe and private, well equipped, and located in the Marais it is surrounded by a wide range of shops including clothing shops, food shops and galleries. We are already trying to determine when we will go next year. It will be our third visit!

Location of this apartment was fabulous. Close to Les Voges park and in the heart of Le Marais but in a very quiet street and building. One block from Metro and restaurants all around. The interior was very authentic with a homey and Parisian feel. The apartment was perfectly clean and had every thing we needed. Including French music!! Although the bed space was small, as is shown on photos the feel of the apartment was great. Loved every minute spent in this apartment and will surely rent it again when and if we return. The host, Louis Blanchard, was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was on time and very easy.. Thank you for a fabulous stay.
