The house has had a lot of improvements after Helene. All new stairs, decks, windows and flooring.
Unbelieve views from the upper decks of the gulf or the bay now that no other houses are in the way.
It's close the end of the main canal so no need to worry about the tide or boat traffic, come and go with no wait.
This rental is for the upper house ONLY, The apartment on the mid-level is not included and may be occupied by the owner. you will have access to the entire upper main house and the ground level decks, also the 48ft long floating dock with new ramp. There is also a new ice machine, your choice of grills on the ground level. From June 15 to August 15 the nightly rate is $550.00 per night with a 5-night min. Any other dates the nightly rate is $450.00 per night with a 3-night min.
