The boardwalk offers early morning fun for bike riding and joggers and evening family time with an amusement park, arcades, miniature golf, movie theater, ice cream, restaurants and shops. Visit the bay area for jet ski and boat rentals as well as fishing excursions. Downtown Asbury Avenue offers additional restaurants and shopping. Come see why Ocean City, New Jersey is called the Family Resort. ALL RATES DO NOT INCLUDE THAT TENANT MUST PUT ELECTRIC IN TENANT'S NAME FOR DURATION OF STAY. $200 MOVE-IN FEE PAYABLE TO OCEAN COLONY AT CHECK-IN VIA CASH OR PERSONAL CHECK.
