Water sports, fishing charters and boat rentals are available in the bayfront area. Unit is well-stocked and well maintained. Location is great and unit is quiet despite being close to the boardwalk action. Dedicated parking in this area is a huge plus.

This was a great condo for a great price. Location is close to the rides and beach but not too close to the hustle and bustle/noise. Would have liked more cabinets in the kitchen for food/storage. Like to cook our meals. Had a great week.

Location, Location, Location

Close to beach and boardwalk. Was great to go to pool (which was very clean and refreshing) after a day at the beach. A plus is the covered parking which made it easy to pack during a storm. Inside was clean and comfortable with great appliances. We brought our own Keurig as we prefer that over a regular coffee maker.

Excellent location

The location of this property is excellent with easy beach/boardwalk access - also conveniently, located across the street from relatives in another flat. Our second year here. The common areas of the complex have been painted and refreshed. Smell of what I think is disinfectant near the elevators was unpleasant. Similar smell in the unit bathroom. Unit could use deep cleaning, including sofa cushions and bedspread. But, overall, location trumped other factors.

Beautiful and very comfortable!

We rented this year here and would absolutely return. The condo feels like a home. The proximity to the boardwalk, town, and the pool are perfect. We enjoyed most of our time out on the deck watching the lights on the boardwalk at night! Thank you for a wonderful week!

nice condo and perfectly located.. Only a couple blocks to the beach and boardwalk and downtown for restaurants and shops.nice view from balcony. the building is secure and has a pool. This cono owner provided beach and pool tags which is nice. we did not use the pool but its very nice and has a life guard. Also liked the designated parking spot and under cover. no stress trying to find a place to park and we were able to leave our beach chairs and cart in the car so easy when we went to the beach Definetly would stay again

Sisters, Brooke and Brittany Speers, vacationed with their family in Ocean City and have many wonderful memories of days on the beach and nights on the boardwalk. Both sisters are both presently on Active Duty, Brooke (left) Major, USMC and Brittany (right) LCol in US Army Nurse Corps. Both have served in Iraq and/or Afghanistan (total of 5 deployments). Whenever possible, they head for Ocean City for Rest and Relaxation (R&R)

Why they chose this property

Brooke and Brittany's parents, Tom and Suzanne Speers, also own a condo in Santa Barbara South. Tom's mother grew up in Ocean City and his grandfather, Capt. Jack Jernee, was the captain of the Ocean City Beach Patrol in the 1930s. So it was natural that the sisters grew up enjoying the delights of Ocean City: days on the beach, body surfing and evenings on the Boardwalk. It is our wish that you too will fall in love with Ocean City and enjoy some R&R at Santa Barbara South

What makes this property unique

This condo is simple but quite adequate for a couple or small family. There is a full kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and refrigerator for those interested in cooking. The living room has a queen size sofa bed and entertainment center. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. A sliding door opens from the bedroom onto a private balcony which is a great place to eat meals or just hang out, relax and read a book.
