Sleeps 6 and owner also keeps a travel crib in unit. 1800 square foot in total. Private entrance and private patio with stainless steel grill and outdoor seating. Well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and laundry in unit. Located 1 mile from downtown Brevard where you can enjoy biking, hiking, shops, restaurants, breweries, and of course, you’ll be in close proximity to many of Transylvania county’s amazing waterfalls! 25 minutes from the Asheville airport.

Great Stay at Knob Creek Suite

We really had a good time at Karla and Dan’s Knob Creek suite. The back deck was wonderful. The suite was very clean. The host was responsive. We really enjoyed our time there!

Lovely property and the owners were so friendly. We enjoyed the place. Very quiet and peaceful. The view and the wildlife was awesome.
I saw the deer the first day of our stay. 4 just walking by as I sat on the patio.

AMAZING

The property is simply amazing!! Karla and Dan are great host and made us feel like we were family! The place is very clean, nicely decorated, extremely comfortable and the area is quiet. 100% coming back ! If you are visiting Brevard, this is the place to stay!! And it is only 2 1/2 miles from Brevard College and downtown! Perfect location!

Clean, Comfortable, and Close to Everything!

My college-age daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the guest suite. The suite was spotlessly clean, updated, spacious, and very comfortable. We cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the privacy and solitude that the property offers. There were so many little touches that made us feel at home - comfortable bedding, lots of throw pillows and blankets, plenty of towels, andshampoo and toiletries provided. Thanks for a great stay!

Close to downtown

The rental is perfect. It is just as advertised. Nothing is forgotten to make you feel right at home. It is a narrow road up to the home and a steep driveway. You can get into the heart of Brevard (and the college) in 5 minutes. Great restaurants and shops downtown. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Communicating with Karla during booking went fine. She was responsive and friendly. The space looked clean and ready for guests. Due to some unexpected circumstances however, we did not stay.
