Luxury studio condo in the quiet neighborhood of North Pacific Beach, walking distance to the beach, shops, bars, grocery store, restaurants and Crystal Pier. This elegant, bright studio offers partial ocean view/view of La Jolla hills and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, modern décor, appliances, a private parking space, a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. The condo is located on the top (third) floor of secure complex that offers many shared amenities, including swimming pool, BBQ, sauna, exercise room and spa. Bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella are also available for you to enjoy the beach.

This condo is only 2 blocks away from famous Tourmaline beach, which offers spectacular sandy beaches. You can swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel, kayak, sail, water-ski or just relax and enjoy the great climate of San Diego. You can also walk or ride a bike along the boardwalk that parallels Pacific Beach from Crystal Pier south to Belmont Park, which boasts a classic wooden roller coaster, carnival rides and lots of fun; plenty of shops, restaurants and sights along the boardwalk. A mile north of the pier are the tide pools of La Jolla.

Enjoy world famous San Diego sights such as SeaWorld, just few miles away, San Diego Zoo, Belmont Park, historic Old Town and Balboa Park.

Pros. Great location. The hosts were very responsive. Cons. I personally had to put a lot of cleaning into the place upon move-in to meet a standard of cleanliness to comfortably stay. Fireplace and tv do not work.

Perfect San Diego Spot

This condo was perfect for us. It is located close to everything! There is a beautiful kitchen, an updated bathroom that is really nice, a comfy couch and a very comfortable bed!! The owner was wonderful to communicate with, and we would love to stay here again!

Nice Studio in PB

The condo is just like in the pictures. It is a small studio, but it is very comfortable and has everything that you need for a stay in the Pacific Beach area. I enjoyed my one month stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location.

Great location - walk to ocean, grocery store, restaurants. Apartment was not clean upon arrival. Nearby elevator, laundry and parking garage was very convenient. Pool was good and building was quiet at night.

nice quiet secure condo in north pacific beach I liked to read by the pool and enjoy the sun. I also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Short 10 min. walk to beach This was my 2nd year staying here and I have just reserved it again for next year. Thoroughly enjoyable Tom from Pa.

Perfect Location Excellent Value

This place has the potential to be the perfect North Pacific Beach rental. Hot tub and pool were fantastic. It needs a deep clean, but all the important stuff like sheets, towel and bathroom were clean. The code on the door did not work so we were on the phone for quite a while leaving messages etc. finally we figured out how to use the key and just used that the rest of the time. Underground secure garage was a huge plus as parking and security are both a factor in this optimal beach location.

Thanks Doug & Irene, everything was great 👍 Modern security condo makes for a safe and quiet stay. Hot tub is always sparkling clean, 3 gas grills are clean and super hot! Maintenance cleans the property daily! Gourmet grocery store across street. Scenic North Pacific Beach access 3 minute walk. Underground secure parking, elevators, Netflix. Holidays on march 2020 in Pacific Beach

This year our vacation was not very nice because of: - always rainy weather -always stay indoors because of coronavirus -some problems at home: 1) the kitchen pans are bad for cooking 2) the failure of the water tap in the kitchen, wich we have reported twice, but has not been repaired until the end. We had to wash fruit and vegetables in the bathroom. It' s not the best. Regards. Giuliano & Loriana. ( Cervia, Italy )

Comfortable and quiet. Close to Tourmaline Beach, Gelson Grocery and other various shops. We think it is the perfect setup. We like to fix our own meals and yet there are restaurants just across the street. We highly recommend.

We stayed for the second consecutive year in this condo for our vacations and we can confirm our impressions of the previous year. The studio was very nice and confortable and it was in a very quiet area in Pacific Beach. The condo was really amazing, with a beatifull barbecue area, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The owners are very kind and helpful and they told us all the info we required.We really had a nice stay and we higly recommend the studio ! It was an amazing experience! We will sure come back! We stayed there in April 2018.

Nice quiet and secure condo in north PB.

Excellent kitchen with full size refrigirator, stove, microwave oven and dishwasher. Nice hot tub and two pools. There is a grocery store 1 block away and many other shops and restaurants near by. I really enjoyed my 6 week stay and would definately stay here again. Tom from Pa.
