STEPS TO BEACH! ENJOY THE BEACH OR POOLS!!!


DUE TO HURRICANE IAN, OUR COMPLEX IS NOT BACK TO 100% THERE WILL BE CONSTRUCTION STILL TAKING PLACE, BUT THE MAJOR AMMENITIES ARE DONE. WE HAVE FULL USE OF POOLS AND A TEMPORARY PICKLEBALL COURT.

Bask in the sun, play on the beach and soak in the spectacular view from your own private balcony. This remodeled 1-bedroom/bath deluxe efficiency studio condo is located on the 5th floor in a centrally located beach community, just footsteps from the beautiful Gulf, and decorated in a light and airy style for coastal living. The complex has 2 beautiful pool, pickle ball and corn hole is available too!

You set the pace, whether it’s experiencing the Everglades, the world famous downtown Naples shopping and spas a mere 10 miles away. Take a dip in either of our 2 heated pools, golf at one of many premier local courses, take in the state’s rich history and monuments, fresh water lakes, or swim in the ocean. You can walk across the street to Doc’s Beach House on Bonita Beach, rent jet skis or paddle boards, go parasailing, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy one of Florida's stunning sunsets! We have 2 bikes available if you'd like to take a ride along the beach or through the Millionaire's neighborhood just across the street. Or you can take the Trolley (public transportation) up and down the coast! There's lots to do, usually not enough time to do all the things you'd like!

All you need to bring is your swimsuit!(OK, maybe a few other things!) We have sleeping accommodations for 2, including KING size bed with great newer mattress and plenty of fresh linens. Coin laundry is available on the premises as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils for up to 8 guests, and other essentials to preparing a meal.

Florida 's Gulf Coast, with its beautiful cities and beach towns on the Gulf of America, whose calm waters and white sandy beaches are suitable for sunning year-round, is a great place to build your vacation memories! Once you visit, you'll never want to leave.

Across the street: Doc's Beach House Bar and Grill, jet ski and kayak rentals, para-sailing and pick-up games of volleyball. Also, right next door is Coconut Jacks's Restaurant which is right on the water!

Visit nearby Barefoot Beach Preserve(this is a favorite)or Lover's Key State Park. Both are just minutes away!

Only 30 minutes from Ft. Myers Airport (RSW); about 60 minutes form Punta Gorda Airport and approximately two hours from Tampa/St. Pete, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami airports.

Bonita Beach

The condo was great! The complex was still in construction from Ian. This did not effect our stay accept for using the pool. Still got to play pickle. Easy access to the beach. The location was great. I definitely would come again.

Spring Break 2022

Lots of road noise but we knew this going in. Everything that you need is there. Could use a deep cleaning - lots of dust bunnies, dirt and other stuff behind entertainment cabinet and under bed.

Beautiful property. Tastefully decorated with beach motif. Kitchen was completely furnished with just about anything you could want. Newly updated. Clean. Owners have stocked the condo with everything: board and card games, videos, stereo, kids toys for the beach, all size coolers, beach chairs and umbrella. The towels and linens are superior quality. I just can't say enough good things about the condo and the time we spent there. Great location, a short walk to the beach and three local restaurants including "Doc's Beach House". I look forward to spending future vacations at this condo. I would not recommend more than 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. Condo is on the 5th floor but there are 2 working elevators and we didn't have to use the steps one time.

Great property, close to the beach and convenient for most needs.

The property was really well appointed and has everything needed for most breaks. Lots of outdoor stuff to use at the beach, for example, which is great. The facilities in the condo were also great, and you really don't need anything else. The condo location is also great, being a few minutes walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants, so no need to drive if you don't want to and are happy to stay local. Host was really helpful and accommodating and checking in to ask about out stay. The only reason I didn't give the rental 5 stars is that there is some traffic noise while using the balcony/lanai. For some people, this may not be an issue. However, for us, it was a little intrusive at times and on some occasions, led to moving inside for some quiet, instead of sitting outside enjoying the view, which I think is important for people to be aware of. But overall, a great condo, in a great location with a great host.

You can't go wrong with this condo!

I just returned today from a wonderful few days vacation at the condo. I met my college roommate there to celebrate our 40th birthdays together. We loved the quiet Bonita Springs area and the condo was just perfect for us. It was very clean with cute, beachy decor. I can't explain how helpful it was that the condo was so well stocked. We both flew in to Florida so didn't have room to pack the typical necessities for the beach. However, the condo came with a great cart to wheel our things to the beach, beach chairs, a great beach umbrella, a cooler, nice soft beach towels etc. Even pool noodles and boogie boards for the kids if we had needed them. Since it was pretty hot during our stay, we chose to pack the cart and our things in our car and drive to the opposite end of the parking lot from the condo and then just simply needed to cross the street to be at the beach. The complex itself was quiet and clean. Mary Ann was very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to return again one day soon!

The hosts were very friendly and went the extra mile to be accommodating to us.The condo was very cute and comfortable especially loved the reclining leather couch.They had it very well stocked with extra kitchen supplies also.These condos are in a perfect location with Bonita beach, Docs, and Coconut Jacks.We loved our stay for 2 weeks!

The perfect vacation

The condo felt like home from the first moment ! It is was exactly like pictured and had enough space for me and my husband. Everything you need is there. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking pots and pans, even spices and coffee were there. The bathroom had enough towels, a hair dryer, soap and various things, like after sun lotion or shampoo, so you really should check everything, before you go shopping. The beach is a short walk away. Since we came by plane, it was great to have everything you need for the beach. There were chairs, umbrellas, two cooler, a little table and even beach towels. But the best was the wagon, so you didn't have to carry anything. Doc' Beach House and Coconut Jack's are great for food and drinks. For us it was the perfect vacation and we would definetly book this condo. Thank you for a wonderful time in Bonita Springs Dale and Mary Ann !!!

Wonderfully appointed and updated condo! Perfect size for 2-3 people. Short walk to the beach. Nicely updated, with everything you could possibly think of for a relaxing getaway. The beach chairs and cart were great! Mary Ann thought of everything and was a great communicator! Definitely recommend!

comfortable well appointed unit in a beautiful area

A very nice updated unit in a friendly, quiet complex. The condo itself was clean and well stocked with whatever kitchen utensils and beach paraphernalia needed. Bed was comfortable and we liked the accordian wall between it and the seating /kitchen area. Our only complaint would be the traffic noise from the busy intersection below; Thus we didn't really use the lanai. IMO patio door needs replacing which might help with that, Thankfully we brought our sound machine for sleeping. Otherwise this is a great place in a beautiful area, extremely close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants. We enjoyed the pool(s) and played lots of bocce ball, among other fun things. Thank you Mary Ann - we really appreciated the great instructions and communication.

Perfect place

This was the perfect place for my wife and me. The location is right across from the beach, close to restaurants and it has pickleball courts! For just the two of us, there was plenty of room. We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation rental!!!

I am 100% so thrilled to have stayed at this rental. Hosts were A+, just like everything else in the condo, from beach chairs, beach towels, to cooler, to my favorite The Wagon!!! Beach is 5 min walk, Docs is amazing. Sad to leave but I will definitely rent from Dale And Mary Ann again. Loved my 50th bday trip!!!

Great location and condo

Great location and condo. Well equipped and good location. Here are some tips for you: * They have the beach umbrellas and chairs. There is a green plastic looking auger which really helps the umbrella stay put in the wind. * If you are going to sunset at night, stay away from the picnic tables and vegetation. These little biting flies are relentless but closer to the water they are non-existent. * Cross at the stop light and use the Collier County entrance to Barefoot beach. If you turn left as you enter and walk 100 yards, you will have the whole beach area to yourself. * There is no Lyft but there is Uber. I also recommend trying Instacart or a similar service to order food, snacks, and drinks and have it delivered as soon as you get there. Saves you a trip to the grocery store. * There are high quality grills near the tennis courts and tables so you can cook a nice dinner. * Biking in the area looks challenging since the road essentially turns into a highway. The Ocean gets shallow in the afternoon and you can walk out quite a ways and still have your head above water. Great place and great location.

Great smaller property which includes all essentials. We were happy to have a cooler, beach items, and a beach cart at our disposal. Two good eating establishments are minutes walking distance away. We would stay here again!
