Tranquil & Peaceful San Antonio Historic Home - Craftsman Bungalow full of history w/ modern upgrades offers plenty of charm & character to make your adventure to the Alamo City Very Special. This 2 bedroom home is located on a quiet street & can accommodate up to 6 people. 5 minute bike / 2 min scooter ride to the RiverWalk & Pearl Brewery. We are walking distance to the San Antonio Zoo, Witte Museum, Botanical Gardens, and Brackenridge Park. Tomatillos Mexican Food is 1 block away. Come enjoy!
The space
2 bedroom, one bath single story house with large main living areas provides a front covered patio perfect for morning coffee (or a glass of wine) & the private back outdoor living area offers a retreat to help revisit your day, or plan the following days adventures. There is also a gas & charcoal grill available for outdoor cooking should one desire. Covered parking keeps your vehicle safe from harsh elements. Home also offers strong WiFi, 2 Smart TV's w/ YouTubeTV, Netflix setup & other providers. Free On site Washer and Dryer available as well.

Home is located 2 blocks off of Broadway which provides the peace & tranquility a well established neighborhood can offer all while close enough to a main road that quickly leads you into the heart of San Antonio. Not to mention a super quick walk to a starbucks, whataburger & tomatillos mexican restaurant (1.5 blocks away so no car needed in case you really want a little relaxation and a margarita, or 2).
