This was a wonderful home for our crew. We were in town visiting family. ADA and dog friendly. Good neighborhood. Not too far from shopping and downtown. Close to the zoo. We would definitely book again.

Nashville getaway

This ADA accessible house worked great for our group, especially my husband who is in a power wheelchair. There is plenty of space with an open floor plan and an outdoor covered patio for relaxing.

Great ADA home!

Great accessible house for a trip to Nashville. Easy to maneuver with power wheelchair. Very clean and had everything we needed. Only downfall is not alot of good restaurant choices within a mile or two, but there is a Kroger nearby. I would definelty stay here again.

It warms our hearts to know that our property met your accessibility needs during your trip to Nashville. We're delighted to hear that you found the environment clean and well-equipped, and that it was easy to maneuver with a power wheelchair. Accessibility is a priority for us, and we're thrilled that you felt comfortable and accommodated. We do appreciate your thoughts about the limited restaurant choices in the immediate vicinity. Your input helps us strive for improvement, and we'll certainly keep this in mind when updating our local guide for guests. It's great to know that the nearby Kroger was convenient for you. Your intention to stay with us again is truly the greatest endorsement we could hope for. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again. Best wishes for all your upcoming travels! :D

Great ADA Accessible Home

We specifically choose this property for its ADA accessibility, but honestly it would be great for any group! It’s just a short drive from downtown and was immaculate when we arrived. It looked brand new. We had a fantastic time and would stay again.

Family get away

This place was immaculate. Great location. Quiet and lovely neighborhood. It had everything we needed . Would have been a bonus if it had a hot tub outside and bbq grill but other than that it was an excellent place to stay. My family really enjoyed it!! Close enough to Broadway and the airport . Highly recommend this home . Beds were comfortable

The property is very clean inside and out, starter supplies are provided, the customer service is excellent, the water pressure is great, and the beds are comfortable! The picture of the toilet in the bathroom with the roll-in shower is not accurate; there's a soft close toilet seat but no bidet. The coffee pot does not have a grinder on it...so if you're a coffee snob, don't use beans. ;)I have a 15 passenger capacity vehicle and had trouble fitting in the driveway, my problem not theirs. The rental minivan fit just fine. The back yard is not fenced; the neighbors have a dog that poops in the yard. My dog and I were charged by one neighbor's dog when it was off leash at 10pm but we were not attacked. The neighbor dog was always on leash during the daytime. We had an excellent time and were very happy with the rental!

The property was just as pictured, very clean, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The house is within 15 minutes of most attractions that we were interested in and it was completely wheelchair accessible downstairs. We love that we were able to bring the whole family including our 2 dogs. I have referred this place to friends interested in visiting Nashville and will be booking this house on our next trip to Nashville! Thank you Isabeau and Beckon Homes for such a wonderful stay at your beautiful home!

In town for AAU Basketball Tournament

The house was very nice and still smelled brand new. Everything was very clean and we had plenty of open space for our group. I would recommend getting some more bakeware in the house. I brought stuff to make a breakfast casserole for our group and had to go by bake ware to cook it in as the house didn't have any bakeware. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely book this property again. Very happy overall with our stay at this location.

Great holiday gathering spot

Close to the highway / krogers several blocks away. We needed an accessible house (wheelchair). The downstairs was easy to maneuver. King size bedroom and roll in shower. Entrance was nice and flat. Home was exceptionally clean. Nice open spaces on the first floor. Dining table seated 10. Didn’t need anything while we were there but the pre visit set up was easy. Questions answered quickly. Did I mention it is located maybe 15 min from the airport? We would stay here again
