Pelican Watch #105 is a beautiful beachfront condo directly on the white sugar-fine sand, just a short distance from the much loved area of Times Square on Fort Myers Beach!

This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, washer/dryer and a beautiful beachfront lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is spacious and makes for the perfect spot for families and friends with a max occupancy of 6. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Great getaway

We had a fantastic stay at Pelican Watch! Our oceanfront room offered a truly spectacular view—waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise from our balcony was unforgettable. The condo was clean, spacious, and beautifully updated, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home.The pool was wonderful—perfectly maintained and great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kids had a blast both at the pool and playing on the beach, which made the trip extra special for our family. The location couldn’t be better, with direct access to the beach and everything we needed nearby.

Wonderful, pleasant, relaxing.

The property is well kept, any small trouble we had was resolved quickly, not even worth mentioning, regular maintenance incidents. AC failed one day but it only took few hours to be fixed. We highky recommend it!!!!
