We boast the best mid-island location directly on the beach... a serene, tropical paradise. Lounge on our beachside deck or enjoy the views from two lanais. Our cozy, newly renovated unit is located on the first floor above the open-air parking garage. One bedroom, king size bed, walk-in closet, fully stocked kitchen, and beach towels included. Smart TV, Bosch dishwasher, keyless entry, on-site laundry. Enjoy drinks and dolphin watch on our two lanais located off the bedroom and living areas. Or watch a beautiful sunset each evening under our deck and two chickee huts. Publix Supermarket directly across the street as well as two fine dining restaurants behind Publix at the Snook Bight Marina. The beach trolley stops at our door to take you north to Times Square and Bowditch Park, or south to Santini Plaza and Lovers Key Park. Water activities on the island include jet skiing, parasailing, wind surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property! It was a perfect place to stay. The condo has been recently renovated and was lovely, very clean, comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. We loved the outdoor deck area and the location right on the beach. I contacted the host, she responded quickly and also gave us recommendations for restaurants. We will book again and recommend this property!

This little gem was perfect. We loved the beachy decor; it looked newly remodeled and felt fresh and clean. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but the cupboards were full of dishes, glasses and other necessary cooking items. Parking underneath the building was convenient. We often enjoyed the large wooden deck on the yard facing the beach. This end of the island is quiet but access to more activity is a short drive away. One of the perks we realized after we arrived was having a grocery store directly across the street. That was helpful as there are no convenience stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.
