Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to stay in Kihei. Excellent location for a “home base” if you plan to visit all parts of the island. Gorgeous views from balcony. Exactly what we needed. Staff was quickly available for a couple of questions that came up.

Great stay! Clean condo, well stocked kitchen for cooking meals onsite, and lanai with great views! Spacious common area, and what might feel like a small detail, but solid doors to knock down noise for a napping baby! Definitely recommend this for a family!

Overall excellent property with easy checkin and checkout.While recognizing the natural environment and climate, we did encounter a fair number of bugs during our visit. This is likely an unavoidable part of staying in such a beautiful tropical setting, and it did not take away from what was otherwise a fantastic experience.

Pros: The views from the sixth floor are impressive, and the bidets were pleasant. Access to a shopping cart for groceries and a luggage cart added convenience, along with a pool and a white sand beach. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants.Cons: The beds and pillows lacked comfort, and the air conditioning could not reduce the indoor temperature by more than 10 degrees relative to the outside. The floors were dirty and infested with bugs, while the lanai felt unpleasant because of noise and heat from the unit. There were too few luggage racks, and a Keurig machine was missing.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views of the beach and ocean are spectacular, and we spent so much of our time on the patio. It was such a relaxing space where we shared many of our family meals together.The location is ideal—very centrally located to many attractions, providing a peaceful place to recharge in between our daily adventures. The kitchen was well-stocked with the basics for cooking breakfast, the A/C kept us cool and comfortable, and every bedroom met our needs with very comfortable beds.It was a huge plus to have an in-unit washer and dryer. We did notice a strong odor coming from the washing machine during our stay, which is something the host might want to look into, but otherwise, the convenience was great. Overall, a relaxing and beautiful spot for a Maui getaway!

Wonderful place to stay Perfect

The only negative comment I could make is you really cannot enjoy the lanai as the air conditioning unit is on it and is loud while pushing out hot air. Sadly we did not enjoy it much. However, having the air was really nice. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Maui welcomed us

The property is lovely with gorgeous views and plenty of room for all my adult children. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality pots, pans and everything else. The air conditioning works well, which we needed in September. The pool is quiet with easy beach access. There we’re a couple minor issues that the property management resolved immediately. The people of Maui were grateful and very appreciative to have us visit during this difficult time for the whole island. Mahalo Maui!
