Enjoy the best of both worlds in this newly listed Wells Beach home – beautiful views of the marsh and peek-a-boo views of the Atlantic Ocean! Located on a quiet dead-end street, 3 minute walk to beach, steps from the playground, arcade, shops, and restaurants. Our home is the perfect getaway for two small families, a family traveling with in-laws or couples looking for a getaway! Sleeps up to 8 people comfortably and has parking for 3 vehicles on the seashell-lined driveway.

The first floor is complete with a full bath, new stackable laundry, U-Shaped kitchen with seating, fireplace and living space. The back deck off the living room boasts unobstructed views of the marsh and includes a grill area. The second floor consists of two private bedrooms, one in the back and one in the front. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom features a full over full bunk bed with a trundle bed pullout. The primary bathroom features a double vanity sink and plenty of storage. Head on up to the top floor for those amazing views both front and back! Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the amazing views of the sunset on the marsh. Another deck with ample seating facing the Atlantic. An additional half bath, living/sleeping area and kitchenette round out the home. There are TVs in each bedroom/living room and strong wi-fi.

We provide beach chairs, beach towels and every amenity you need; just bring your bathing suit and come enjoy! We love the convenience of this home and the quiet, dead-end street is so safe for children.

We have been renting in Wells for several years and are thrilled to now own a home and share with others! We purchased the home at the end of March and have been enhancing the home - it will be ready to rent in June and will look even better than the pictures! This house had everything you need for a beach trip to Wells!The house is clean, and have plenty of space. The location is perfect for both walking to the Arcade and other "boardwalk" areas, as well as heading to the beach via public way 2. The shed is full of beach stuff (cart, tents, boogie boards, and toys), and the grill worked well.We will definitely stay here again for Wells trips!

Very nice place updated nicely, close to the arcade, couple shops, and a couple food options. The beach is a short walk. Some beach toys, a caddy, and boogy boards were provided which was nice. If you don't need ocean front this is definitely the place to stay

The host was very nice and responsive. The property is beautiful and the home is in pristine condition. It is wired for smart TVs and technology throughout the house. It’s close to shopping and the ocean. We absolutely loved this place. We can’t wait to come back. We come to Maine every year for the last several years and we definitely recommend a stay here. And the Decour is very pretty and comforting.
