The host was very responsive. The room was a bit dated and worn, but the layout was nice and roomy. The beach view is fantastic. The property setup between the elevators, walking bridge, and parking garage isn’t the best, and is probably better in the offseason. The pool staff are very, very strict (no drinks while in the pool, etc.). The beach is great. Overall, I would give this property a 7/10.

Thank you for choosing my condo for your family’s beach vacation! I’m so happy you enjoyed the beautiful Gulf views, spacious layout, and, of course, our gorgeous beach. I wanted to share a little background about my condo. When I originally purchased and decorated it, I never intended for it to be a rental. I furnished it as my own personal beach retreat, choosing comfortable, inviting furniture and a warm, homey atmosphere rather than the typical furnishings often found in vacation rentals. My goal was to create a true home away from home, where families could kick back, relax, and feel comfortable. I only recently decided to share my little piece of paradise with others! As for the building layout and pool policies, those are managed by the resort and are unfortunately outside my control. However, I’ve always enjoyed the property and its amenities, as have many of my previous guests. I truly appreciate your feedback and am always looking for ways to make my guests’ experiences even better. The unit was great for our stay nice big wrap around balcony the chairs seem a little unstable on the balcony maybe could use an update on that but besides that it was wonderful and the communication to the host was great Joanne is very responsive great host!!!

This condo is exactly as advertised! Clean, spacious, comfortable, with a beautiful view of the beach! We loved the huge balcony and spent many evenings just enjoying the view and the sounds of the waves. Communication with the host was clear and easy, and she responded quickly when I had a question. I’d definitely stay here again!

Been meaning to contact you personally Joann and just keep forgetting. Everyone had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect and I have to say if we were cooking people there was nothing in your cabinets that people wouldn't be able to cook anything they wanted too. Never have I have been in such a well equipped kitchen in a condo!! Thanks so much for a wonderfully homey location. Our whole family had a great vacation ,

The view was beautiful but the property had some issues. The TV in the second bedroom did not work, even after we reported it at check in no remedy was made. The pipes were loud in the laundry room, apparently she needed to call a plumber out but decided not to during our stay. The property was not super clean. I feel like with those problems it was a little pricey. It could have been worse though.

Great place

My whole family enjoyed our stay. We watched the dolphins and also got to see a couple of stingrays from the balcony of the 15th floor. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I really enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool

Location, Location, Location, next to Pier Park, could walk to everything. Condo was clean, well furnished and the host was excellent to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

A week on the beach

Our experience was fabulous! Very clean! Beds super comfy! Plenty of room to relax inside the condo! Joanne was super sweet upon arrival in welcoming us! We really enjoyed our trip! Definitely would stay here again!

Very nice unit right on beach. Parking garage was problematic with printed pass. Took some fussing around to get it to work. Close to all the shopping as they were within walking distance. Unit was well equipped and only a few dings here and there. TV's in the bedrooms could be bigger. Balcony was great. You could see for miles. Overall it was a great place to stay.
