Absolutely precious cottage right on the water! So quiet and peaceful. Deer in the yard each evening. Nearby Ellsworth offered great options for dining out. We loved our stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage was small, but had everything we needed. Being right on the water was beautiful! It was a little chilly in the evening, but that fire pit was awesome! We had a nice fire to help keep us warm. Loved how private it was, never heard or saw anyone during our stay

Thank you Heather! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I traveled with my three children, and while it was a bit of a tight fit in the cabin with all four of us, the space was well appointed and well organized. There were lots of thoughtful, touches throughout. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The property was peaceful and breathtaking, exactly what we were looking for.
This is a cute little cottage located right on the water. It is a good long drive to Acadia each morning but we knew that when we booked it. No washer/dryer or dishwasher ... or closets. So small that hanging your towel up in the bathroom is a question. But great view and tons of deer visit daily. Great for a couple.
Our stay was beautiful. Although Bar Harbor/Acadia was 40 minutes away it was an excellent property on a relatively quiet Penninsula. The sunrises were magnificent. Unmatched. The place was clean and well appointed. Our only negative remark ~ which didn’t deter us ~ no dishwasher and no laundry on the property. Otherwise the property was perfect for the two of us.
