Offering privacy and seclusion, this very fresh cottage comfortably accommodates two to four and is expertly appointed and wonderfully finished pine floors.

The first level contains a fully-appointed gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area with queen-sized, sleeper sofa and a full bath with a bedroom in the private, upper loft. Its fabulous location is an easy bike ride to Main Street or just a few minutes drive to magnificent South Beach. The homeowner's generous hospitality includes fresh bed linens, bath and beach towels. A new outdoor shower is the ultimate vineyard luxury

It is a short drive or bike ride into historic and charming Edgartown. Just off the bike path, you can easily enjoy beach and town from this enchanting cottage.

Activities are unsurpassed on the Vineyard, with the quaint towns of Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven nearby. Excellent restaurants, movie theatres, video rentals, bike and boat rentals, harbors with sailing and fishing rentals, and serene ponds within walking distance.

Our family had such a great stay at the Garden Cottage! Our first time in Martha’s Vineyard did not disappoint, and the location of the cottage was PERFECT to walk/bike to Edgartown, South Beach, even Oak Bluffs along the beach path. We would highly recommend!

Great location for peace and quiet in MVY

Overall a very nice and comfortable stay in this incredible location just outside of Edgartown and on the way to Katama beach. The owner is very responsive and the directions / rules were very well communicated.

Perfect end of summer stay

The cottage was perfect for my husband, me, and our dog. It was super easy to keep our dog’s crate in the house, there was plenty of space. The loft area was super cute and cozy. The bathroom was very spacious. The kitchen had all that we needed. The location was perfect, quick bike ride to town or to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

AMAZING!!

Always our favorite to stay and cannot wait to go back. Like others have said the outside shower is completely redone and a new grill this year. Peter is always great to communicate and it’s such a zen space to retreat too and close to everything as well.

This is a wonderful property. Very efficient, modern cottage perfectly situated between south beach and Edgartown. We used the beautifully renovated outdoor shower and grill everyday - grill and outdoor shower in great condition. We hope to come back next year. We didn't want to leave.

Lovely Garden Cottage

We loved staying here it was nice and quiet. Easy access to all the bike trails from the house. The beaches are beautiful 💗. We had fun exploring the island. The cottage is the perfect size. We could make dinner here or go out to eat in town. The sunset at Menemsha Beach is worth seeing. Absolutely loved staying here! Definitely will come back again. Thank you Peter & Caren

Great location in Katama

Super easy and close to bike path. Biked to South Beach every morning, walked to Edgartown for dinner every night, took bus from end of road for further exploring. Cottage was quiet, clean and comfortable. Neighborhood very nice. Short walk to Katama General Store. Dog friendly house and area. Well appointed. Easy communication with owners.

Great Location

Tucked away just off the the bike path and just outside of town, this pet friendly location was ours for 2 great weeks on the Vineyard! The kitchen is awesome for any meal u chose to make at home. Every utensil, dish and pot was available. Our dog enjoyed running in the back yard and we enjoyed sitting in the front yard after the beach, for cocktails. The owner was very quick to respond when we had a questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location!

Cute cottage, excellent location! Walking distance to town and only a few minutes from South beach, bike path is nearby. Outdoor shower is fantastic! I think the pull out couch has seen better days and a new mattress for the bed in the loft is a must. Other than that, we had a great time on the island and would definitely rent here again! Great location near town and beach!

We spent a week and loved it. The cottage is clean and comes with all the amenities. It's in walking distance to Edgartown and only a few minutes by car to South Beach. We could walk into town in the morning and catch the 13 bus to Oak Bluffs. We traveled everywhere by bus with the 7 days bus pass. It's convenient and allows you to enjoy the scenery. Edgartown is a great town full of history, beautiful homes, and wonderful gardens. We loved the shopping areas and the cottages in Oak Bluffs. We definitely enjoyed the second hand shops, the bookstore, and the music store in Vinyard Haven. We found a box full of classic music records and CDs in front of it, all free for anybody interested. We have a whole new collection of vynil records now!!! Definitely recommend this place for a lovely vacation!!! Will definitely come back next year!!!
