Hi I’m Anthony. I’m an educator/ scientist and frequent traveler who believes the best stays feel comfortable, thoughtful, and easy. The Little Lake House is a gentle retreat where couples can slow down, and small families or friends can reconnect in a peaceful, natural setting. I host with care, responsive without hovering, and I’m happy to share favorite spots for swimming, hiking, waterfalls, and great food around Center Hill Lake. I hope your stay feels restful, meaningful, and worth coming back to.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it has elements that I have found desirable. It is private, has a spacious property, fantastic views from the deck and the rooms, and ready access to the water. In addition, it is located in close proximity to several parks with waterfalls and great hiking. Of course the local wineries and distilleries add another dimension to the attractiveness of the location.
What makes this property unique
This home is unique in many ways. First the design elements that combine modern and rustic forms work well together. The location of a 1 minute drive (5 minute walk) to a boat launch and swimming area is a home run. The cabin has a lot of privacy and gives that tree top vibe but with nice views of the lake. My absolute favorite is the sunrises that lights up the house through the large windows and doors. You are literally awakened by the rays as the sun rises above the ridge, cutting across the deck into the primary bedroom and living room.
