This unique home has a style of its own with beautiful views of the mountain and the lake. It's a brand new house with a boat house. The boat house is on Lake Lanier it has a living room, kitchen table, refrigerator and seating outside above the water. It has a dock with 2 paddle boards and 2-2 person kayaks. Come enjoy the lake swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or try your luck fishing. Town of Tryon is only 2 miles away with wonderful shops, coffee and restaurants.
