The property was very nice and clean! Lots of space for my family(3 adults and 4 kids) to come visit the area. Great area for fishing, swimming and lots of other things to do. We would definitely recommend and we would love to stay again if the chance were to ever come up!

Awesome Weekend Stay!

Our family of 6 had a great time on our vacation stay here. The House was spotless, and communication with host was excellent! Bikes on site, nicely furnished, pool close by, and super quiet neighborhood! Would love to stay again.

Awesome stay!

Home was clean and exactly as described, Dan was very communicative and provided all the information needed to make our trip effortless. Location was great, easy drive to the beach and some great local restaurants. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay at the beach. Thank you!

The home we stayed in was wonderful. Daniel is very attentive. We enjoyed using the minnow trap in the canal. The kids enjoyed the pool and splash park. The home was very clean and located in close proxity to the beach and shops.

We love this neighborhood. Wife’s grandfather had a home on blue bill before he passed away. We stayed there every summer for a week. And this property didn’t disappoint. The home is clean and comfy. Dan is very communicative and gets back to you quickly. We will stay here again next year, if he’s still renting out for people.

2nd Year Coming To Rosies Place

We had an amazing stay here. Listing is as stated. Has everything you need for a beach vacation. Beds are pretty comfortable. Very cute home! Location is quiet and close enough to Assateague island, Ocean City and Fenwick! The mini split air conditioning unit in the sun room! We had an amazing time & will return! was a great addition! Beautiful little Beach House/ Vacation!

I took my two neices on a 5 day vacation! The property was perfect for us! It was close to anywhere we wanted togo for food or the beach or grocery runs! We actually drove to Assateague Island everyday to spend our beach days! Which was only about a 25 minute drive! The house was adorable, clean, had everything you could possibly need for a great beach stay! We really enjoyed the sun room with the smart tv and the awesome beachy decor! The kitchen was a great size and had all the amenities you could possibly need! The bedrooms were very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable!! Bathroom was pretty spacious and only having 1 bathroom for all 3 of us was perfectly fine! The back yard was beautiful with breathtaking views of the canal/bay! Also could see most of some gorgeous sunsets! Highly recommend staying at Rosies Place! Quiet,Cute and Comfy!

Dan & Tonia have a beautiful home . Their home was exactly as described alas well as the photos. The home was spotless. They are also very responsive and provided easy check in & checkout instructions. Our family had a wonderful time making memories in their home. They asked to make this our yearly family vacation spot. From the pool, mini golf ,fishing, beaches , boardwalks and great restaurants.. We are definitely coming back again. Thanks for having us!!

We had a great time at Rosie's Place. The location relative to the beach, restraunts, and activities was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, playground, and backyard fishing. The house was clean and comfortable. We would love to stay again!
