I bought this property because we grew up coming to OC, and the Montego Bay neighborhood in general. I love that you can walk and ride your bike safely in the neighborhood, without the concern of traffic/busy crowds, even during the "In-Season/Holiday" time in the summer. The view is so relaxing, and I can't be here all summer, so I thought I would rent during the times I can't be here. Please let me know if you have thoughts or suggestions of what to add. The property is new to me (and new to VRBO/renting) so I don't have any reviews yet. :)

Why they chose this property

Newly renovated, new furniture, and newly renovated bathrooms allow you to have family and friends over without feeling crowded. Open concept/open kitchen let you enjoy family/friends while cooking/eating indoors.

What makes this property unique

The View, the walking/riding path behind the house. The light that comes into the sitting area/living room. It is quite tranquil here.
Eat Crabs on the back deck, with plenty of seating for eating or relaxing.
