An easy walk to the center of the University of the South's campus and downtown Sewanee, this newly constructed cottage (2023) has two queen bedrooms with smart-TVs, 1.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen and a covered porch with gas grill. A comfortable open floor plan includes a smart-TV in the living room and counter seating for four. There is off-street parking for two vehicles, a washer/dryer, and fast, one gigabit wireless internet.
