Beautiful views and a serene space! It was a great respite from a busy family visit and we loved being walking distance to Seabreeze. There is a beautiful nearby running trail and the beach at the property is sandy and private. Will definitely stay again!

The sand bar in the lake is so nice to just wade in the water or take a walk down to the public beach in the water. It is special because of its privacy but yet close to so many things. Hope to see you again! Kristin

The house was absolutely beautiful and had every amenity you could think of. Irondequoit Bay area was fun and Lake Ontario in this section has views of sunrise and sunsets.

This home and its location makes you think you’re over the water- it is on a quiet end of a quiet street. Our hosts were top notch; the house was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property!

Lovely lake house

Wonderful home, decorated beautifully great location. If you have trouble walking stairs could be a challenge otherwise, this house is amazing.

Perfect House in Perfect Location

My husband and I along with family stayed at this home over Thanksgiving weekend. The house was perfect for two couples and the location on the water was beautiful. The house is fully equipped and very clean and updated. Kristin was extremely responsive, even over the holiday weekend. We had a great time and hope to return!

Excellent Property

We stayed at this wonderful property in June for a long weekend in Rochester while visiting family in the area. The house was immaculate and in the perfect location. Kristen was very responsive and fantastic to work with. She even gave us a gift card to a neighboring bar/restaurant which was a very nice gesture. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Lakefront. Infused with nature. Great amenities. Clean and comfortable. Access to the water. A very responsive host. Nothing like enjoying your coffee lakefront while roomba vaccums! Highly suggest you stay here!!!

Long Weekend Stay

We were in Rochester for the long weekend meeting up with family from Canada. I can only say good things about our stay and interactions with Kristen. The place was better than the pictures showed and was just what we were looking for with just a fabulous location. Any questions / emails I sent were replied to in a faster than expected timeframe. Next time we're in the area we will try to stay here again.

Stunning property

The pictures do not do this house justice. The location is great. The view is outstanding! And the inside of the house is beautifully kept and designed. Kristin was also incredibly accommodating and very helpful with anything needed. I wish I could have stayed longer and I definitely plan on coming back. Loved it!

What a perfect rental. Totally exceeded expectations, we did not want to leave. Truly lovely even in the off-season. I can’t imagine how special it is in the warmer months. This takes waterfront to a whole new level. Your views are completely unobstructed and you feel as though you’re on a private island. Very comfortable for our family of 5, which included my husband myself and three daughters 14, 11, 9. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook with wonderful new appliances but also plenty of great local options many within walking distance. Super clean, great fresh plentiful linens, even included lovely robes. There are very few rentals in which I want to add a night and definitely want to come back to and this is one of them.

Yes - even in the off season there is so much to do in this area. Walking to restaurants, walk down to the pier, walk to Durand Eastman hiking trail that goes along Lake Ontario. Perfect stay

Thank you so much had an amazing early fall stay at this on the water oasis. Owner was kind and very responsive. This time just me but next time hope to come back with family. A great nostalgic amusement park for the little ones very close. Took morning walks to the lighthouse and wished I brought the paddle board. From the back deck watched the most spectacular night sky heat lightning show unfold over Lake Ontario for a spectacular two hour. Kristin was very thoughtful, checking in to make sure all was going well. Literally the cleanest place I have ever rented. Spotless and felt newly renovated. Thank you for making a last limited trip really enjoyable. :)
