Clean and pet friendly. We stayed during 90 degree days and the single window air conditioner had trouble keeping the bedrooms cool, but otherwise it was a great stay. Communication with the host was quick and convenient. Neighbors were quiet, even on a holiday weekend.
Comfortable, clean, and in a great location! Parking can be a little tricky with the alternate side of the road rules and the first-come-first-served space shared with the unit below, but never had an actual issue finding parking when needed.Only cons were that the smaller of the two bedrooms didn't have good air circulation unless the door was open and the windows let in a lot of morning light, so if you're not a rise-with-the-sun person, think about bringing a sleep mask
This apartment was exactly as advertised. It was in a great location with many walkable restaurants and easy drivability to other attractions. It was very clean. We rented the house to see Rochester before we left our son for his freshman year at RIT and we really enjoyed our visit.
The property was in a great neighborhood, friendly and helpful neighbors. It was a great location, close to grocery store, some restaurants and gas stations. There was a park in walking distance, called Highland park, very beautiful and peaceful. Loved it, would stay here again!
