Relax and enjoy one of the best views of Yakima Valley. This newly refurbished one bedroom home resides a top a hill, we nicknamed "Mt. Vista." Watch the wild birds fly above, while the sheep graze below. If you are lucky, you might see two eagles fish in the pond. This is a private and quiet, clean and charming place to renew yourselves on the weekend. Complete with 70 inch Smart TV, AC, WiFi, and a simple kitchen, guests will have everything they need. Plus, it is conveniently located just 3-12 minutes from Yakima's hotspots or 30 minutes from the Yakima wine country.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
SHOES: To preserve the new floors, please take your shoes off outside.
WATERING HOLE: The watering hole located off the porch is filled with irrigation water. Sit on the rocks and put your feet in. Do not stand in.
CLEANING: To keep cleaning fees to a minimum, we ask that you "leave the place as neat and clean as you found it." Follow the departure check list.
